Martyr (1535), died at Tyburn, London. He was educated at Christ’s College, Cambridge, joined the Carthusian Order, and was made procurator of the London Charterhouse, 1534. Arrested and imprisoned with Sebastian Newdigate and Humphrey Middlemore, he was hanged, drawn, and quartered. Beatified, 1888.
