(Blessed) (January 11) (18th century) A Franciscan Friar of a convent in the neighbourhood of Rome. He was an exact observer of his Rule and a man of austere piety. He may be said to have passed his life in instructing the ignorant and in comforting the sick and afflicted. He died at the age of seventy-four, A.D. 1729.
