(Saint) Bishop (June 24) (4th century) A Bishop of Autun (France), of whom Saint Gregory of Tours gives a short account. He successfully rooted out idolatry from his Diocese and is said to have baptised a thousand Pagans in one day. Married while still a layman, he and his wife afterwards lived together as brother and sister till his death about A.D. 360.
