Book of Saints – Luxorius, Cisellus and Camerinus


(August 21) (Saints) Martyrs (4th century) Sardinian Martyrs who suffered in the persecution under Diocletian (A.D. 303- A.D. 313). Saint Luxorius had been a soldier in the Imperial army; Cisellus and Camerinus were two boys encouraged by him to die rather than renounce their Baptism. All three were beheaded.
