Book of Saints – Lucilla, Flora, Eugene, Antony, Theodore and Others

(Saints) Martyrs (July 29) (3rd century) A band of twenty-three Christians, described as having been put to death for their Faith under the Emperor Gallienus (A.D. 259-268). There is, however, some difficulty in distinguishing them from the group of Martyrs, Saints Lucy and twenty others, venerated on June 25. If the groups are really distinct the records have somehow in ancient times got mixed up together.
