Book of Saints – Lucian, Florus and Others

(October 26) (Saints) Martyrs (3rd century) Saint Lucian was converted to Christianity at Nicomedia, where he had previously practised as a magician. He confessed the Faith under Decius (A.D. 250), and was racked and ultimately burned alive with other Believers. Among the latter, some Martyrologies mention a Saint Florus, others a Saint Marcian.
