Book of Saints – Leonard of Vandoeuvre


(Saint) (October 15) (6th century) A contemporary of the better known Saint Leonard of Noblac. He built himself a hermitage at a place now called Saint Leonardaux- Bois, near Le Mans in the West of France. Having later founded there a church and monastery, he passed away, after a holy life, between A.D. 560 and A.D. 570.
