Book of Saints – Leo of Rouen


(Saint) Bishop, Martyr (March 1) (9th century) A saintly Archbishop of Rouen who resigned his See in order to preach Christianity among the heathen still existing in the extreme South-West of France. He was done to death by them at Bayonne about A.D. 900.
