Book of Saints – Kecsag


(Mackecsog, Machessagus) (Saint) Bishop (March 10) (6th century) Born in Cashel of royal race, even as a child he is said to have worked miracles. He became a missionary and laboured as such in Scotland, where he was raised to the Episcopate. He died A.D. 520, or, according to some authors, at a later date in the same century.
