Book of Saints – Hieronides, Leontius, Sarapion, Seleucus, Valerian and Strato


(Saints) Martyrs (September 12) (4th century) Martyrs at Alexandria in Egypt in the persecution under Diocletian. They were cast into the sea by order of his colleague Maximian Herculeus (A.D. 300 about). Hieronides was a deacon far advanced in years. Leontius and Sarapion were brothers. The name Selesius should be Seleucus.
