Book of Saints – Harold


(Saint) Martyr (March 25) (12th century) A Christian child, said to have been put to death by Jews infuriated against Christianity, at Gloucester (A.D. 1168). This strange outbreak in the twelfth century is also held responsible for the martyrdoms of Saint William of Norwich and Saint Robert of Bury.
