Saint Godard of RouenArticle

(Godard) (Saint) Bishop (June 18) (6th century) A Bishop of Rouen, once erroneously supposed to have been the brother of Saint Medard of Soissons. He assisted at the Council of Orleans (A.D. 511), and governed his own Church with great zeal for about fifteen years, dying probably early in the same century. Buried at Rouen, his remains were afterwards removed to Soissons.
