Book of Saints – Gerard of Gallinaro


(Saint) (April 28) (Probably 7th century) An English pilgrim, a companion of Saint Ardwine. He died at Gallinaro in the South of Italy while on the pilgrimage to Palestine, and is there liturgically honoured as a Saint and Patron of the district. The century in which he flourished is a matter of controversy.
