Book of Saints – Finlugh


FINLUGH (FINLAG) (Saint) Abbot (January 3) (6th century) A brother of Saint Fintan, who crossed to Scotland, where it is thought he became one of Saint Columba’s disciples. Returning to Ireland, he was made Abbot of a monastery established by Saint Columba in County Derry.
