Book of Saints – Eskill


ESKILL (Saint) Bishop, Martyr (June 13) (11th century) A fellow-missionary to Sweden with Saint Sigfrid, who consecrated him as Bishop. His zeal for justice led to his being cruelly done to death by unbelievers about the middle of the eleventh century.
