Book of Saints – Endeus


ENDEUS (EDNA, ENNA) (Saint) Abbot (March 21) (6th century) The brother of Saint Fanchea and founder of many monasteries of which the principal one was at Killeany in the Arran Islands (Ireland). Saint Endeus counted Saints Kyran of Clonmacnoise and Brendan among his disciples. He died early in the sixth century.
