Book of Saints – Donatus – 19 August


DONATUS (Saint) (August 19) (6th century) A deacon, native of Orleans in France, who lived the life of a hermit on Mount Jura near Sisteron in Provence, and was renowned for his sanctity and for the miracles worked by his prayers. He died towards the year 535.
