Book of Saints – Digna


DIGNA (Saint) Virgin (August 11) (4th century) A Christian maiden of Todi in Umbria (Central Italy), who during the persecution under Diocletian in the beginning of the fourth century lived a life of penance and prayer in the surrounding mountains, and acquired a great reputation for holiness.
