Book of Saints – Constantius – 1 September


CONSTANTIUS (Saint) Bishop (September 1) (5th century) His name is found among those of the Prelates who were present at a Roman Council (A.D. 465) held under the Pontificate of Pope Saint Hilary. He was famous for his gift of prophecy and other supernatural graces. He is mentioned by Pope Saint Gregory the Great in his Dialogues, and his Life was written by Peter the Deacon, of Monte Cassino.
