BERTHOLD (Saint) (June 16) (6th century) In the Breviary, Saint Berthold or Bertaud is said to have come from Ireland with a Saint Amandus, and to have settled at Chaumont in the Diocese of Rheims, where he was ordained priest by Saint Remigius. He died at the age of seventy-three, A.D. 540.
