Book of Saints – Beocca, Ethor and Others

BEOCCA, ETHOR and OTHERS (April 10) (Saints) Martyrs (9th century) Monks of Chertsey Abbey, burned in their monastery by the heathen Danes, out of hatred for the Christian Faith, quite as much as because they were Anglo-Saxons (A.D. 878), and for that reason venerated in England as Martyrs.
