BENEDICTA (Saint) Virgin (May 6) (6th century) A holy nun of marvellously ascetic life, an inmate of the convent founded in Rome by Saint Galla, of whom Saint Gregory the Great narrates that her death was foretold by Saint Peter, seen in a vision.
