Book of Saints – Antholian

ANTHOLIAN (ANATOLIANUS) (Saint) Martyr (February 6) (3rd century) Saint Gregory of Toms numbers Saint Antholian among the Martyrs of Auvergne, at the time of the raid into Gaul of the German chieftain Chrocas, which occurred while the Emperors Valerian and Gallienus were also persecuting the Christians, some time before A.D. 267. Among his fellow-sufferers we have the names of Saints Cassius, Maximus, Limininus and Victorinus. But particulars are wanting.
