AENGUS (ANGUS) (Saint) Bishop (March 11) (9th century) An Irish Saint, Abbot of Cluain-Edneach and consecrated a Bishop; famous as a compiler of a valuable Irish Martyrology. He died at Desert-AEngus A.D. 824.
