Book of Saints – Adulphus

ADULPHUS (St.) Bp. (June 17) (8th cent.) The brother of Saint Botolph, who with that Saint journeyed in his youth from England to Saxony, where he remained for many years and was promoted to the Episcopal dignity. He seems, however, to have returned to England before his death, which happened about the year 700, and his relics were there mingled with those of his holy brother.
