Born to the French nobility, Antoine began studying at the San Sulpizius seminary in Paris, France in 1759. Priest in the diocese of Châlons, France. Canon of the cathedral of Reims, France in 1761. Vicar-general of Reims in 1771. Commendatory abbot of Our Lady of Virtue abbey in the diocese of Châlons-en-Champagne, France. Father Antoine was arrested in Paris in the persecutions of the French Revolution, and was eventually executed for being a priest, and for refusing to take the oath to the civil constitution. One of the Martyrs of September.
