(Saint) Virgin (January 31) (8th century) A maiden of near Amiens in France who took the veil as a nun and devoted herself to the service of Saint Domitius, an aged and infirm hermit, living with two other nuns in a little hut near his cell. On her, tradition tells us that Almighty God lavished supernatural favours.
