(Wulmar) (Saint) Abbot (July 20) (8th century) A Frankish noble of the neighbourhood of Boulogne who embraced the Religious Life and founded the monastery of Samer. He was favoured and helped by King Ceadwalla of Wessex. He died at Samer A.D. 710.
