(Saints) (June 29) (9th century) Salome is said to have been an Anglo-Saxon Princess, on whose exile in Germany, Judith, a pious widow, took pity^ They are venerated in Bavaria, where they are reputed to have lived as Recluses; but their history is very uncertain.
