(Regnia, Reine) (Saint) Virgin Martyr (September 7) (3rd century) A Christian maiden, put to death on account of her religion at Autun (France), most probably in the Decian persecution (A.D. 250). Some authors, however, number her among the victims of the Emperor Maximian HerciUeus, and give A.D. 286 as the date of her death.
