(Saint) Bishop, Martyr (July 14) (2nd century) A Bishop of Sinope on the Black Sea who was put to the torture and to death under Trajan, early in the second century. He was famous for the working of miracles. In the thirteenth century his Relics were translated to Vienne in France.
