(Saint) Martyr (August 28) (3rd century) The Patron Saint of Constance on the Swiss Lake of that name. Little is known of him save that, though a mere youth, he was put to the torture and died heroically for the Christian Faith in the reign of the Emperors Carinus and Numerian, about A.D. 283
