(Saint) Bishop (July 7) (5th century) A deacon of the Roman Church, consecrated by Pope Saint Celestine I, first Bishop of the Scots. After founding several churches in Ireland, he laboured long and successfully in North Britain. He died about A.D. 450, and was buried at Fordun near Aberdeen.
