(Saint) Virgin (March 28) (11th century) The Abbess, as some say, first set over his foundation at Coventry by King Canute, and after her death, about A.D. 1016, held in veneration as a Saint by the inhabitants of the district, who in the fifteenth century were authorised to keep her Feast liturgically. But she may be a Saint of much earlier date. No particulars about her are extant.
