(Saint) Bishop (May 1) (5th century) A French hermit in the Pyrenees whom, on account of his sanctity, the people of Auch insisted on having for their Bishop. He ruled his Church with success for over forty years, and was famous alike for his virtues and for his miracles. He passed away about the middle of the fifth century.
