(Mochcemoc, Vulcanius, Pulcherius) (Saint) Abbot (March 13) (7th century) He was born in Munster and brought up by his aunt, Saint Ita. He then became a disciple of Saint Comgall. Later he built cells for his own monks at Anatrim, and finally established himself as head of a community at Liath. Great miracles are recorded of him, especially his having raised the dead to life. The precise year of his death is uncertain.
