(Leu)(Saint) Bishop (September 1) (7th century) The nineteenth Bishop of Sens (France), in witness to whose eminent sanctity, on one occasion, while he was offering up the Holy Sacrifice, a precious stone fell from Heaven into his chalice. He distinguished himself by his tact and firmness in dealing with the rival Merovingian Princes of his time.
