Book of Saints – Leontius of Caesarea

(Saint) Bishop (January 13) (4th century) One of the Fathers of the great Council of Nicaea (A.D. 325), and Bishop of Caesarea in Cappadocia. He is specially praised by Saint Athanasius and described as “an Angel of Peace” by the Greeks. He attained to a very great age, and his body is said to have been found incorrupt after a lapse of three hundred years.
