Book of Saints – Laurianus

Article

Laurianus (Saint) Bishop, Martyr (July 4) (6th century) An Archbishop of Seville in Spain, said to have been previously a deacon of Milan, ordained by Saint Eustorgius. It seems certain that he met his death somewhere in France, probably at Bourges; but the accounts given of him are so unreliable that no faith can be given to them. The head of Saint Laurianus is among the relics venerated at Seville.
