(Saint) Martyr (May 24) (17th century) A Spanish Franciscan Friar who crossed over to Morocco in order to preach 150 Christianity to the Moors, and by them was cast into a dungeon, loaded with chains, put to the torture, scourged and finally burned alive for the Faith of Jesus Christ, May 24, A.D. 1636.
