(Blessed) (September 29) (15th century) A Polish Saint of the Franciscan Order, disciple and fellow-worker with Saint John Capistran. He was remarkable for his zeal and success as a preacher, and wrought many miracles. He died at Lemberg in Galicia, September 29, A.D. 1484, and was beatified in the eighteenth century by Pope Clement XII.
