Book of Saints – Gaudentius and Culmatius

(Saints) (June 19) Martyrs (4th century) Saint Gaudentius, a Bishop, and Saint Culmatius, his deacon, are stated by the Roman Martyrology to have been murdered by Pagans at Arezzo in Tuscany in the time of the Emperor Valentinian I (a.d. 364). With them suffered Andrew, a layman with his wife and children, and other Christians to the number of fifty-three.
