(FLORENTIUS) (Saint) Bishop (October 16) (4th century) The successor of Saint Severinus in the See of Treves early in the fourth century. By some he is said to have been put to death for the Faith. But there is much controversy both as to him and as to his reputed predecessor Saint Severinus.
