Book of Saints – Brynach


BRYNACH (BERNACH, BERNACUS) (April 7) (Saint) (5th century) An Irish Saint who settled in Wales, where he built a cell and church at a place now called Carn-Englyi (Mountain of Angels), overhanging the Nevern (Pembrokeshire). It is conjectured that he flourished in the first half of the fifth century. By some authors he is identified with Saint Brannock of Braunton.
