Born to a family with deep roots in the military. Studied in Bosnia. Priest of the archdiocese of Shkodrë-Pult, Albania in 1920. Organized youth groups, and opened a high school. Fought the local traditions of blood vengance and feuds. Negotiated to free Albanians from the Germans in World War II. Worked with young seminarians, and was killed with a group of them during the anti–Christian Communist persecutions. Martyr.
